ADP is hiring a National HCM Consultant
Overview
ADP is a global leader in human resources technology delivering payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more. We seek a National HCM Consultant who will leverage our training programs and service guidelines to solve clients’ challenges and drive business success. You will work with clients who have 1,000+ employees and help uphold ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Be the client’s Go-To Person and Trusted Advisor, servicing all modules of ADP WorkforceNow.
- Use your breadth of expertise to support ADP’s clients and resolve issues through root-cause analysis, effective communication, and analytic skills.
What you can expect on a typical day
- Be a Networker and Relationship Builder by developing client relationships and demonstrating the product’s value to exceed expectations.
- Provide recommendations to ADP leadership on best practices, product and support processes, and client input.
- Continually upgrade knowledge to stay current on statutory laws and regulatory changes impacting clients.
To succeed in this role
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business and / or human resources management preferred.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as a payroll / HR practitioner with systems experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Up to 1 year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience with software applications, configuration, and client systems.
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking in HR, Payroll, Time and Labour, etc.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing workflow; Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification is an asset.
- Active listening and high-impact oral and written communication skills.
- Initiative to seek answers and positive outcomes for clients and ADP.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization, and timely follow-up skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently with resourcefulness in using tools and support resources.
