Algonquin Outfitters is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced retail professional to join our Huntsville team as a Senior Sales Associate. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Connect with customers and help them find the right gear for their next paddle, ride, or hike
  • Specialize in technical hardgoods like camping gear, kayaks and paddling gear, clothing, and footwear.
  • Support rentals, sales, and checkout to keep the store running smoothly
  • Answer phones, share your outdoor knowledge, and make sure customers leave excited to return
  • Grow into opportunities with supervision, hiring, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for outdoor adventure and knowledge of gear and apparel
  • 2–5 years of retail or customer service experience (merchandising is a plus, but we’ll train)
  • Motivation to go above and beyond, with a customer-first mindset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Energy and stamina to be on your feet for most of your shift
