Job summary

A Montreal-based tech startup is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee the deployment of its innovative product in senior care settings. This hybrid role involves coordinating project activities, managing communication among stakeholders, and ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation for facility operators and seniors’ families. The ideal candidate has an educational background in engineering or management, and strong multitasking and communication skills in both French and English. Salary ranges from CAD 50K to CAD 70K based on experience.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of work experience in related field.
• Ability to understand technical concepts is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, track and coordinate project planning.
• Manage project roadmaps across teams.
• Coordinate installation and deployment of the product.
• Manage communication between all parties involved.
• Provide support to facility operators during onboarding.
• Maintain consistent updates on implementation status.
• Keep records, reports, and documentation up to date.
