What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.

As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Schedule: Temporary leading to Full-Time & Part Time

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

• Patrolling in a variety of settings (Mostly mobile and foot)
• Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws.
• Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
• Responding to various types of emergencies.
• Maintain posted speed limits, driving in a safe manner.
• Driving for extended periods of time.
• Responsible for company and client property (client keys, company vehicle and more).
• Ability to maintain detailed notes.
• Ability to write detailed report notes.

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• Full G or G-2 driver\'s license
• First aid certification required
• Ability to stand and walk throughoutshift
