What You’ll Do
- Source, develop, and nurture a pipeline of qualified mortgage and referral leads
- Provide expert mortgage advice to members, helping them achieve homeownership goals
- Leverage your network and COIs, such as real estate agents, builders, financial planners, and community groups
- Use your sales skills and product knowledge to meet and exceed targets
- Underwrite with confidence, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards
- Engage actively in your community through events and social media to represent Coast Capital and build brand trust
- Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless member experience
What You Bring
- Proven track record in mortgage sales, relationship-building, and exceeding targets
- 5+ years of strategic sales and networking experience in financial services, real estate, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of BC’s real estate market and mortgage products
- Confidence and autonomy in managing your schedule and pipeline
- Strong underwriting, financial analysis, and CRM skills
- Familiarity with digital lead generation tools and community engagement platforms
- A passion for helping others build better futures
