What You'll Do

  • Source, develop, and nurture a pipeline of qualified mortgage and referral leads
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to help members achieve homeownership
  • Leverage your network and COIs, including real estate agents, builders, financial planners, and community groups
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets using your sales skills and product knowledge
  • Underwrite confidently, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards
  • Engage actively in your community through events and social media to represent Coast Capital
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless member experience

What You Bring

  • A proven track record in mortgage sales, relationship-building, and exceeding targets
  • 5+ years of strategic sales and networking experience in financial services, real estate, or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of BC's real estate market and mortgage products
  • Confidence and independence in managing your schedule and pipeline
  • Strong underwriting, financial analysis, and CRM skills
  • Familiarity with digital lead generation and community engagement tools
  • A passion for helping others build better futures
