Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of warehouse experience, with management experience preferred. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
  • Management or coaching experience required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
  • Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations and a team of associates.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Manage inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Oversee special projects and track progress.
  • Provide feedback on market insights, successes, and barriers.
