Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Solutions Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Lead the planning, design, estimation, development and implementation of Dynamics solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with the development teams as well as directly with customers.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Create comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, high level and detailed design documents, configuration and user guides.
Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and maintainable.
Customise D365 applications using out-of-the-box features, custom plugins, workflows, and scripts.
Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical staff.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to maximize system efficiency.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
Mentor and train junior developers and team members.
Continue to develop product and technology knowledge in order the deliver the best solutions for the customer.
Liaise directly with customers to gather / refine requirements.
Management of solutions through the application lifecycle.

Qualifications

Demonstrated architecture experience leading development of solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and core technologies and associated ALM strategies
Experience delivering Dynamics integrations with APIs or third-party solutions
Demonstrated experience of leading Dynamics migrations and upgrades
Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (internal and Power Automate)
Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and / or KingswaySoft
Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Dynamics solutions
Ability to demonstrate experience with Non-Functional Requirements
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
