Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Content, you will manage a team of Digital Content Designers and collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and digital analytics teams to produce user-centered content for customer-facing and internal digital platforms (websites and mobile applications). From concept to execution, your work will ensure that every piece of content reflects the Rogers brand, supports customer journeys, and achieves measurable outcomes. If you can build high-performing teams, are a creative problem-solver with a passion for storytelling and have an eye for detail, this role is for you.
Review, write, edit, and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, accessible (AODA-compliant), and team members are aligned with UX best practices.
Support personalization efforts by working with the Personalization and Optimization team to create content variations for A/B testing, multivariate testing, and content experiments.
Support digital tools with AI capabilities by collaborating with developers on content prompts, few-shot training and the content strategy for source articles.
Use analytics insights and data-driven recommendations to continuously improve content relevance, engagement, and conversion rates.
Manage content production timelines, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
Coordinate with external partners, including design agencies and freelancers, to scale content production as needed.
Maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery for digital campaigns, product launches, and ongoing updates.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and CMS dashboards to track content performance and engagement.
Create performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders, offering recommendations for content improvements.
Stay up to date on digital content trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
Test new content formats, interactive experiences, and visual storytelling methods to ensure Rogers’ content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
