Who We’re Looking For

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Content, you will manage a team of Digital Content Designers and collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and digital analytics teams to produce user-centered content for customer-facing and internal digital platforms (websites and mobile applications). From concept to execution, your work will ensure that every piece of content reflects the Rogers brand, supports customer journeys, and achieves measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do
  • Content Strategy & Design: Grow the Digital Content practice through the development of guidelines, libraries and content patterns.
  • Provide editorial oversight and strategic content direction for Digital Content Designers who craft and implement engaging, user-first digital content that aligns with Rogers’ business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Lead the Digital content strategy, design and produce content for a variety of platforms, including websites, mobile apps, chatbots and internal applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, UX, product, analytics) to develop content that supports user journeys and enhances customer experiences.
Content Creation & Optimization

Review, write, edit, and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and accessibility.

Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, accessible (AODA-compliant), and team members are aligned with UX best practices.

Support personalization efforts by working with the Personalization and Optimization team to create content variations for A/B testing, multivariate testing, and content experiments.

Support digital tools with AI capabilities by collaborating with developers on content prompts, few-shot training and the content strategy for source articles.

Use analytics insights and data-driven recommendations to continuously improve content relevance, engagement, and conversion rates.

Project Management & Collaboration

Manage content production timelines, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.

Coordinate with external partners, including design agencies and freelancers, to scale content production as needed.

Maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery for digital campaigns, product launches, and ongoing updates.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and CMS dashboards to track content performance and engagement.

Create performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders, offering recommendations for content improvements.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date on digital content trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.

Test new content formats, interactive experiences, and visual storytelling methods to ensure Rogers’ content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.

What You Bring
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and work management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) to collaborate with UX designers on visual content development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a digital content designer, content strategist, UX writer, or similar role.
  • Retail & Telecommunications experience is an asset, with understanding of eCommerce and service journey analytics considered a bonus.
  • Proven ability to create content that is clear, engaging, and on-brand across multiple digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards (AODA compliance).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent user experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A creative mindset with a problem-solving approach to content design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
