Permanent Direct Hire Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician withASCPCertification

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician (Generalist) to join our dynamichealthcareteam. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care through clinical laboratory testing and analysis. As an integral member of our laboratory team, you will perform a variety of laboratory procedures across different disciplines including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct analyses of blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids using sophisticated laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure accuracy of test results by adhering to quality control standards and participating in proficiency testing programs.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper functioning.
  • Collaborate withhealthcareprofessionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field (for MT), orAssociate’sdegree in Medical Laboratory Technology (forMLT).
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g.,ASCP).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
