Overview

Viva Care Medical Group owns and operates multiple family practice and walk in clinics located in Burnaby, Delta, Abbotsford, Port Coquitlam, Surrey Guildford and Central City. Majority of them are located inside Walmart malls or in busy nearby commute intersections.

We are looking for Medical Office Assistant/s to join our expanding teams in Burnaby medical clinic. Chosen candidates will receive the best training in the industry, paid vacation, extended health benefits and company paid events.

Responsibilities
  • Reception duties, greeting visitors/patients in person and by phone
  • Customer service, answer any queries from patients, doctors and co-workers
  • Passion for delivering excellent care to patients
  • Processing payments and MSP billings
  • Booking appointments and entering info into the system
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Medical Office Assistant
  • MOA work experience (at least 6 months)
  • Very organized and able to multi task
  • Familiar with medical EMR system (Oscar)
  • Good communication skills, team player and able to handle stress

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
