Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembler at Vention…

You’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality sub-assemblies and productized applications within our dynamic Operations team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll ensure that every build meets our standards of efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement. If you have a strong mechanical mindset, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this opportunity will allow you to make a real impact on the products our customers rely on.

What You’ll Do

• Meet production goals and uphold Vention’s high standards.


• Assemble a variety of components, from simple to complex, including palletizers, conveyors, robot cells, machine tending applications, and safety enclosures based on engineering instructions.


• Build and integrate automation components to complete custom automation designs.


• Conduct quality control checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Vention's high standards.


• Pick and pack orders in accordance with Vention's quality standards.


• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to maintain accuracy and efficiency.


• Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical or process‑related issues.


• Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.

• Knowledge of pneumatics and electrical connections.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with using tools, including familiarity with pneumatics and electrical connections.
