Revive Car Wash, a subsidiary of Maple Brook, is a fast-growing regional chain of premium express tunnel car washes that is disrupting the car wash industry through innovation, technology, and sustainability. Working under the Revive Car Wash brand, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring marketing efforts are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business goals through strategic planning, process optimization, and technology management. The successful candidate will enjoy the unique experience of being involved in all aspects of Revive’s marketing operations and taking ownership of marketing ideas from concept to execution.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy focused on growing and enhancing market share in the car wash sector
- Refine the existing marketing playbook for launching new locations and entering new geographic markets
- Identify and effectively leverage key customer profiles and needs, industry trends, and Revive’s competitive positioning
- Manage and refine the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, CMS)
- Marketing agency and vendor relationship management
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Technical build-out and refinement of all paid digital marketing campaigns – Google & Meta paid ads
- Iterative creative testing and copy refinement through data-based approaches to optimize market growth and achieve core KPI metrics
- SMS and email marketing to nurture customers and improve loyalty
- Search engine optimization
- Social media presence and organic media management to foster customer engagement and retention (posts, stories, blogs)
- Source and manage influencer, ambassador, and partnership programs to drive market growth and brand recognition
- Ideate and execute on traditional marketing campaigns – radio, print, mail, events
- Manage and refine referral and loyalty programs
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Conduct primary and secondary market research and analysis to identify customer profiles and needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Analyze marketing campaign performance data, generate reports for stakeholders, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist with the development and management of the marketing budget, including tracking actual spend vs budget and optimizing return on marketing spend
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop long-term strategies while executing tactical plans
- Proven experience ideating, launching, and managing digital & traditional marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Proficiency with marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and performance optimization
- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and other marketing technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and timelines
- Entrepreneurial mindset and budget management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
