GSK is seeking a Marketing Manager, Specialty Vaccines to join our Vaccines team. This role is hybrid (3 days/week onsite) and reports directly to the Marketing Director, Vaccines. The ideal candidate will reside in the Greater Toronto Area or Montreal.
As the Marketing Manager, Specialty Care, you will be a key contributor in this team’s ambition to redefine the role of specialty care in protecting patients against vaccine‑preventable diseases. You will contribute to brand strategic and operational planning and lead execution of tactics and activities targeting key HCPs, hospital programs, and account stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with the cross‑functional teams within the Vaccines Business Unit to ensure strong communication, alignment, and collaboration to drive excellence in execution of commercial activities. You will also work closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team to support implementation of commercial strategy. This strategy will be executed in alignment to GSK Values and Mission: To unite science, talent, and technology to get ahead of disease together. En tant que Responsable Marketing, Specialty Care, vous serez un contributeur clé dans l’ambition de cette équipe de redéfinir le rôle des soins spécialisés dans la protection des patients contre les maladies évitables par la vaccination. Vous contribuerez à la planification stratégique et opérationnelle de la marque et dirigerez l’exécution des tactiques et activités ciblant les principaux professionnels de santé, les programmes hospitaliers et les parties prenantes des comptes. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes transversales au sein de l’unité commerciale Vaccins pour garantir une communication forte, un alignement et une collaboration afin de favoriser l’excellence dans l’exécution des activités commerciales. Vous collaborerez également étroitement avec l’équipe de gestion des comptes clés (KAM) pour soutenir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale.
