We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. This role will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing compelling content, managing marketing automation systems, and providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance. Identification Technologies (IDT): IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services. HID’s Identification Technologies powers the trusted identities of the world’s people, places and things through smart components and cloud services. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
  • Executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Coordinating campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery
  • Managing marketing automation workflows and lead-nurturing sequences
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics and providing regular performance updates
  • Collaborating with creative teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and quality execution
Content Development and Support
  • Developing and creating marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and sales presentations, graphics and video content
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to produce technical and thought leadership content
  • Maintaining content calendars and editorial schedules across multiple channels
  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, messaging strategy, and compliance requirements
  • Optimizing content for lead generation performance
  • Coordinating content review and approval processes with internal stakeholders
CRM Data Reporting and Analysis
  • Salesforce and Marketo expertise
  • Generating regular marketing performance reports and dashboards for the leadership team
  • Maintaining data integrity within Salesforce
  • Analyzing lead sources, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics
  • Supporting sales team with relevant reporting and lead qualification insights

Your Experience and Background include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or professional services
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
  • High level of expertise with Salesforce – including managing leads, generating reports, and running analytics
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEM/SEO, and content marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing reporting dashboards)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management capabilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary is $73,400 to $75,000.
