As part of Marketing's MBNA Credit Cards Team, the Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and digital always-on acquisition for the MBNA Credit Card portfolio. The role will focus on driving consideration and acquisition through owned and paid channels, ensuring all marketing tactics are delivering profitable growth and demonstrating the value of marketing through results. The Marketing Manager will also be the day-to-day marketing lead on a complex project currently under an NDA. Operating in Agile Framework as a Pod Owner, the Marketing Manager partners with key stakeholders to deliver complex consumer acquisition across digital properties (owned and paid).
The Marketing Manager is accountable for independently developing, implementing and leading cross-functional strategy planning to support complex Marketing portfolios. This position will work closely with the line of business and members of the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and plans; understand market and growth drivers as well as grow value propositions and proof points that further our competitive advantage and translate business strategies into marketing plans.
