• Work with the communication team on training material.
• Attend marketing meetings as needed.
• Organize content creation days.
• Create content for Instagram in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Help create internal video material for team encouragement.

Job description

Be a Refinery House ambassador and work alongside the marketing team to create more content for socials and to encourage teams to get more involved and comfortable as well. Work with us to BE the kind of stylists that keep inspiring others.

• Work with our communication team to ensure our material for training (both in-house and customers) gets better and better
• Attend marketing meetings as they come up
• Help organize content creation days alongside marketing and admin team
• Create content with the support of our marketing team and share them on your instagram with a collaboration
  • The more we collab, the further our reach. This is in the form of reels and stories that are developed with support
• Help create internal video material that helps encourage our team members in Refinery House Value items
  • Help communicate the heart behind the processes and policies, product training snippets – that are engaging and fun

Compensation:

Commission: +2% (content creation happening while on shift)

Bonus: 5% commission on product sales (minus discounted sales)

Hourly pay: $20 (meetings + content days)
