Responsibilities
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including SEM, SEO, user e-commerce experience enhancement, broadcasting, and data analysis.
  • Develop engaging and effective copy for various marketing platforms.
  • Generate and analyse sales & marketing performance reports.
  • Create and develop marketing materials.
  • Assist with online operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support campaign submissions and execution.
  • Handle consumer feedback and respond to inquiries.
  • Communicate and follow up with overseas business partners, overseas travel may be required.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, experience in F&B sales would be advantageous
  • Proactive, passion to drive sales and to achieve targets
  • Good negotiating and communication skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Good command of spoken and written English, great interpersonal skills, customer focused
