A leading recruitment firm in Canada is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the food sector. The successful candidate will design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on increasing customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media content, planning events, and analyzing campaign performance. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing or Communications, 1–3 years of experience, and be bilingual in French and functional English. As a Marketing Coordinator in the food sector, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on increasing customer engagement and revenue.
Lead the strategy and content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to build an active digital community.
Design high-quality brand assets, including digital and print menus, promotional flyers, and custom merchandise.
Ensure a consistent brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints, from packaging and uniforms to paid advertising.
Plan and organize meetings, trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events.
Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for leadership.
Coordinate with sales, creative teams, and external vendors for campaign readiness.
Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.
