A leading home and auto insurer is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for an 8-month co-op/internship opportunity, focused on grassroots soccer events and regional marketing support. Responsibilities include executing soccer events, collaborating with teams, and assisting with marketing requests. Ideal candidates will be 3rd or 4th year undergraduates in business or marketing, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. This role is currently remote with occasional requirement to travel into the office or to a local (GTA) event. This is an 8‑month co‑op/internship opportunity.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing team in various capacities. The first several months of the contract will be focused more on Sponsorship needs, such as overseeing logistics and training of 40 grassroots soccer events. The back half of the contract will be focused on supporting Regional Marketing initiatives by assisting with creative requests from agency managers and agents, helping manage Marketing Hub (our online advertising platform), and contributing to the development of our new online advertising platform.
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $40,000.00–50,000.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
