Overview
Our client, a financial institution, is looking to hire a Marketing Consultant on a 2-year contract. This position is hybrid with core days being Tuesday and Thursday in office in Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to vital projects aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, growth, and retention through analysis, recommendation development, and presentation creation to garner support for ideas and implementation strategies.
- Execute essential initiatives by collaborating efficiently with partners across the Banking team, Marketing, Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Technology & Operations, and Channels Teams.
- Assist in the development, launch, and monitoring of acquisition campaigns.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination among stakeholders.
- Analyze datasets, presenting findings, and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in Business or Marketing.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Capable of coordinating work efforts among stakeholders and adhering to defined deadlines.
- Demonstrated excellent influence and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively consult, influence, and collaborate across different levels of seniority and business units.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data management software, such as Excel pivot tables.
- Preferred experience in marketing, customer segment strategy, or supporting high-value customer.
- Experience in Retail Banking would be an asset.
