The Role
As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes with a focus on digital communications, marketing reporting and analytics, and lead conversion optimization. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing their performance, and contributing to data-driven decisions to enhance our marketing strategies. This role is hybrid (in-office 3 days a week).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, launch and optimize email, webchat, and in-product marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and target audience segments.
- Develop new campaigns across digital platforms and monitor and enhance current campaigns to streamline prospects/customers interaction points with Nitro
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Monitor engagement rates and communication of KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Monitor lead conversion rates, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and work cross-functionally to enhance conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with sales enablement and revenue operations to define lead conversion processes, ensuring smooth progression of leads into and through the sales funnel and our automation system.
- Manage daily systems/fail-safe checks to ensure lead performance is as expected and to address systems/process issues
- Stay updated with digital marketing best practices and industry trends to drive innovation in our email campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with emphasis on email marketing, digital/campaign marketing, marketing analytics, and lead management.
- Proven track record of managing successful email marketing campaigns and improving engagement metrics.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience with Intercom and Qualified is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Salary Range: 100K-120k CAD Total
