Our Product Supply group is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of all our products. It\'s the bread and butter of what makes P&G such a great company to work for. We are currently hiring for 4, 8 and 12 month paid co-ops starting May 2026 at P&G\'s largest Feminine Care products manufacturing site, located in Belleville, Ontario, where we manufacture bestselling P&G brands such as Always Pads, Liners and Always Discreet.

What can you Expect?

This is an on-site role. During your work term, you will own multiple projects critical to the success of the site and manufacturing of P&G Always products. You can expect meaningful work from Day 1 that creates real value for the company and our consumers. Depending on the projects assigned, you will get a variety of experiences, like:

  • You will be given a detailed impact plan to deliver exciting manufacturing and engineering projects during your term, which could range from process control and engineering, loss elimination, systems improvements to quality improvement, etc.
  • Collaborate with dynamic, diverse individuals on manufacturing initiatives
  • Lead projects that challenge your analysis, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Lead unique projects with coaching from your manager, playing an important role within the site with a direct impact on the business
  • Deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of your work term (e.g., a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit) and secure the required resources to complete them

Job Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are currently studying towards a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree. For Bachelor\'s, preference is given to individuals who have completed at least 3 years in an engineering program at an accredited University.
  • Can start the role in May 2026 from Belleville, Ontario
