This role will own and evolve our marketing website as a core growth platform. This role oversees all aspects of the website – from roadmap planning and sprint execution to cross‑functional delivery, analytics, and ongoing optimization.
This role is accountable for how the website works, ships, and performs –not just how it looks or experiments. You’ll act as the central point of coordination for developers and stakeholders, ensuring the website supports acquisition, conversion, and broader business objectives while remaining scalable and operationally sound. You’ll report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing.
Our base salary for this role ranges from $91,200 to $136,800 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
