What You’ll Do
  • Lead and align talent strategy with business goals, overseeing both talent acquisition and leadership development to attract, grow, and retain top talent.
  • Optimize talent systems to support learning, performance, and career growth, including implementation and enhancement of talent management platforms.
  • Embed equity, diversity, and inclusion into all talent practices, ensuring our programs reflect our values and support a culture of belonging.
  • Grow our leaders: Design new and deliver existing leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, building strong pipelines for critical roles and coaching leaders on performance and development.
  • Use data and analytics to measure impact, inform decisions, and continuously improve talent strategies.
  • Collaborate across People & Culture on strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects that elevate the employee experience.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on HR.
  • CPHR designation (or equivalent) is an asset.
  • Proven experience influencing senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building and coaching skills.
  • A deep appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • A strong customer focus and passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
