Overview

Position Summary... This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing data, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering effective communication to achieve business goals.

What you'll do

This role may advise on the development of marketing strategies, analyze the use of technology in current and planned marketing initiatives, and contribute to the establishment of best practices for marketing. The role may also oversee a marketing unit or department and develop successful implementation or improvement initiatives for marketing. In partnership and collaboration, this role may engage with team members periodically, analyze stakeholder needs, and share relevant information. The role may also take a "one team" approach to accomplish business goals and respond effectively to requests. Building key relationships and dependencies with other business functions is essential. This role may apply data analysis and modeling techniques to establish, modify, and maintain business data structures. By collecting required business data and utilizing designated data analysis software, the role may write analysis reports to assist senior-level decision-making. Investigating data requirements and analyzing business data are key responsibilities. Effective communication is crucial, as this role may lead discussions with varying viewpoints and present to diverse audiences using appropriate frameworks and tools. By leveraging fact-based data and analytics insights from multiple domains, the role may build cohesive narratives, influence business partners, and provide timely feedback. The role may also seek and utilize feedback to make necessary changes.
