Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Manager of Operations plays a key role in overseeing day‑to‑day administration, staff supervision & training, and program coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the community. This position also directly oversees the administrative teams at Lakeview, ensuring effective systems, processes, and supports are in place to maintain operational excellence.
