Overview

Kubebooth is a leader in modern, soundproof office pods and booths, bringing innovation, sustainability, and focus-driven design to workplaces across North America. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the way in building and growing the Kubebooth brand.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Manage and update company website content and product pages.
  • Write and publish blog posts that increase brand awareness and SEO rankings.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Design and refresh branding collateral including brochures, roll-up banners, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors (e.g., printing companies) to ensure high-quality marketing material production.
  • Work with sales teams to design custom client presentations and RFP decks.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Maintain consistency across all brand messaging and visuals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads & Analytics
  • Social media platforms (B2B focus preferred)
  • Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma
  • Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and brand aesthetics.
  • Excellent writing skills for blogs, campaigns, and client-facing materials.
  • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Experience working with vendors and coordinating deliverables.
Nice-to-Have
  • Background in B2B marketing or architecture/design industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
