Job Summary: The Manager, Learning and Development Programs partners with the Director, Learning & Development to execute on the CSA Academy Strategy and Learning Center Programs, with a specialized focus on developing and supporting the Commercial Units (CSA Group’s Technical Sales team). This role is responsible for identifying learning needs across the Commercial Units (Industrial, Home & Commercial, Healthcare, GMA, etc.), designing and delivering impactful learning solutions, and fostering a Culture of Continuous Learning. The Manager will lead the end-to-end development and execution of training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and performance outcomes.
The position will be responsible for managing end-to-end learning program design, development, and delivery, with a focus on improving Commercial Unit (Sales) performance.
