Overview

Centre for Collaboration & Partnerships at IIIDEM is dedicated to fostering strategic alliances with domestic and international institutions working in the field of democracy and election management. It aims to amplify the offerings of various centres and schools of IIIDEM to the external world and seek collaborations and partnerships towards achieving the goals of the institution.

The Centre engages with academic institutions, election management bodies, embassies, independent think tanks, and other stakeholders in democracy and election management for collaboration and partnerships for various programs, initiatives and activities. It also formalizes partnerships through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), expanding IIIDEM’s global and national outreach.

Salary

Rs. 82,500/- per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance)

Job Description

The Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships with domestic and international academic institutions, EMBs, and other organizations in the field of democracy and election management. The role involves initiating collaborative projects, facilitating knowledge exchange, and formalizing cooperation through joint programs and MoUs, with the goal of strengthening IIIDEM’s global outreach and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Networking & Stakeholder Engagement – Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, election management bodies, independent organizations, think tanks and others at national and international level. Proactively identify and engage with new institutional partners aligned with IIIDEM’s vision.
• Collaborative Program Management – Facilitate joint initiatives including research, training, and outreach activities with partners. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for co-hosted or co-branded academic programs, including seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• MoU Development & Institutional Linkages – Draft, negotiate, and finalize Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with national and international partners. Monitor progress and outcomes of MoU-based collaborations and ensure timely documentation and follow-up.
• Event Coordination & Communication – Organize knowledge-sharing events, capacity-building sessions, and networking forums in collaboration with partner institutions. Ensure effective communication, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders and internal teams.
