Hydro One is committed to developing leaders and fostering a professional, flexible workforce. Working within Hydro One’s Environmental Services group, the Manager, Environmental Services – Archaeology and Cultural Heritage will develop and lead a team of approximately 10 professionals and service providers to deliver archaeological and cultural heritage assessments for capital transmission and distribution projects across Ontario. Reporting to the Director of Environmental Services, this role ensures compliance with Ontario’s Heritage Act, environmental assessments, permits, approvals, and monitoring, while building strong relationships with internal teams, regulators, Indigenous communities, and stakeholders. The Manager will provide leadership, drive innovation, and support project delivery throughout all phases, requiring travel across the province to engage with communities and oversee field activities.
