Pay Details

Pay Details: $96,900 - $136,800 CAD

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of applications, ensuring health, performance, upgrades, and documentation
  • Align application roadmaps with enterprise goals; identify modernization and cost optimization opportunities
  • Lead Agile teams, manage sprints and releases, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Able to perform resource management and conflict management diligently.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with security, regulatory, and DR/OSFI standards
  • Ensure SLAs are met, oversee incident resolution, and maintain production health via monitoring tools
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of total experience
  • Have a strong technology background as full stack (Java primarily) developer with the exceptional experience building large scale enterprise
  • Strategic planning and tech roadmap alignment Agile delivery, sprint/release management budgeting, resource planning, and vendor oversight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex technical issues into clear, business-focused language for senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Effective in coaching, mentoring, and developing junior staff and peers in both technical and soft skill areas.
  • Strong ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership.
  • Experience engaging with internal and external auditors, responding to security findings, developing remediation plans, and ensuring timely closure of issues.
  • Understanding of enterprise security controls, including data encryption and access management
