A leading property management firm in Bridgewater is seeking a Maintenance Technician for maintaining buildings and common areas. This role requires 2 years of experience in a maintenance position, preferably within property management. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and pool maintenance. Applicants should have a valid Driver’s License. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work, requiring physical stamina and teamwork skills.
Position Summary:
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of buildings, building systems, common areas and other physical assets within a designated HOA property.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Education: High School or better.
Experience: 2 years in a maintenance role, preferably within an HOA or property management environment. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool equipment and chemicals, painting, drywall and other maintenance skills. Valid Driver’s License.
Works well as a member of a group.
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
