Cardinal Health-Gananoque manufactures life-impacting medical devices and employs over 450 people with 119 years of Canadian history. We are seeking a full-time, permanent Maintenance Supervisor for our Gananoque facility. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the site’s maintenance programs, develop strategies to improve these programs to the latest industry best practices, and collaborate with a team of skilled mechanical, electrical, and facilities staff to achieve site goals in an FDA-regulated 24/7 operation.
Key areas include improving equipment reliability (OEE), maintenance KPIs, standardizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and developing the entire workforce on maintenance excellence. This role also provides leadership to the storeroom and the maintenance information system (Maximo).
