Job Details:

Experience Operating Manufacturing / Production Machinery

• Must have experience with dryers, batching/mixing systems, packers, bulk bag stations, robotic packaging/wrapping lines.
• Manufacturing production machinery experience required— not optional.

Ability to Manage and Operate a Dry Mix Plant

• Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of Dry Mix plant operations
• This includes batching, aggregate drying, mix designs, and batch reporting.

Physical Capability

• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs
• Must tolerate standing, walking, sitting, bending, and repetitive hand use.
• Must work in loud, dusty, extreme temperature conditions.

Safety Compliance

• Must attend safety meetings, follow all company and regulatory safety rules, and use required PPE.
• Must be able to identify and report hazardous conditions.

Basic Communication + Reading/Writing/Math Skills

• Clear verbal communication.
• Basic reading, writing, and math required for reporting.

Ability to Train, Lead, and Direct Others

• Needs the ability to coach and train packers, forklift operators, and laborers.
• Must be able to direct cleanup and production line crews.

Mechanically Inclined

• Must know how to use basic hand tools properly.
• Must be able to monitor and verify machine performance.

Willingness to Work in a Plant Environment

• Dusty, dirty, noisy environment.
• Outdoor weather exposure.

Other details:

Schedule: 6:30Am to 2:30PM - Willing to work 8 hrs regular and 2 hrs OT every day. Saturdays are optional.

Payrate starts at $36.70/hr

Potential candidate must be residing close to plant location and have their own transportation.
