Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in the aerospace field. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of machinery and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a maintenance team with a focus on troubleshooting, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Oversee maintenance scheduling and management using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Ensure machine reliability and facility management in a 110,000 sqft manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO9001 standards and ensure a high standard of safety practices.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and external vendors to optimize maintenance operations.
  • Implement and manage physical security systems and building access controls.
  • Respond to emergencies and work flexible hours when necessary.
Essential Skills
  • 10+ years of maintenance experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a maintenance team.
  • Experience or knowledge in aerospace or nuclear industries, and familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in CMMS and MS Office.
  • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with software programs related to scheduling and linking.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive planner with a safety-first mindset.

Work Environment
