About the Role
As a Machine Operator – Level 1, you’ll play a hands-on role in our manufacturing team, operating machinery to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate machinery to meet production goals and quality standards.

  • Inspect products for accuracy and report quality issues.

  • Monitor output, track production data, and keep machines running smoothly.

  • Assist with setups, changeovers, and routine maintenance.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.

  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and hazard-free.

  • Work closely with your team to meet deadlines and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in manufacturing or machine operation (we’ll train the right person).

  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and commitment to quality.

  • Physical stamina (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive motion).

  • Team player with good communication skills.
