Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Events Manager or in a similar role.
• Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proficient with Opera software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute group events from contract turnover to delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and hotel departments.
• Manage group room blocks and ensure service excellence.
