As the Loyalty Program Management Analyst on the Loyalty Program Management team, you will be integral in supporting in the execution of loyalty processes and administration of the central loyalty system. You will be responsible for overall offer quality, accuracy and collision management of Loyalty offers across the network.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the subject matter expert on overall offer collision management and provide over and above support from our systems, including Eagle Eye, Ignio, Salesforce and Microstrategy.
  • Supports the Senior Manager and stakeholders with a weekly cadence of all offers and opportunities within the PC Optimum program.
  • Manages over and above by providing direction for merchant offers, removing campaigns and ensuring stability in the program.
  • Responsible for opening and closing support tickets, manages ad-hoc contests and promotions and assists customer service with inquiries from the program.
What You’ll Need:
  • University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business or other relevant field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a reporting or analyst role.
  • Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising systems and processes including Python, Teradata and Microstrategy is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced and changing environment and the ability to present findings to various groups in the organization.
  • Very high attention to process detail and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to co-ordinate with large groups on various issues.
