A leading logistics company in Charlottetown is seeking a Logistics Planner to manage outbound supply chain operations. You will optimize fleet utilization and develop efficient routes for deliveries. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in supply chain management and excellent communication skills. Salary Range: $24.50-28.50/hour
The Logistics Planner is responsible for outbound supply chain operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in alignment with commitments and customer expectations. From an operational expenditure (OPEX) perspective, the fleet of trucks and team of drivers collectively account for the largest portion of OPEX spend; the Logistics Planner is responsible for optimizing the utilization of the fleet and drivers. The position involves route optimization for day-to-day plans and having a longer-term view to support profitable growth for the Organization.
