Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments and billing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and answering calls.
• Process over, short and damaged freight documentation.
