Logistics Coordinator - Coordinateur Logistique H/F

PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units and dedicated software tools. These innovative processors address applications that are out of the reach of the most powerful existing supercomputers, encompassing real-world challenges as well as fundamental science. As they are very low energy intensive, they will significantly contribute to reducing the carbon footprint of the computing industry. With partnerships with key users in the fields of energy, IT, finance, drug and chemical design, automotive, PASQAL is a true leader in the Neutral Atom Quantum computing space.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders and performing inventory checks for materials, equipment, and products. This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-technology manufacturing environment where your contribution will be key to maintaining efficient and smooth operations.

Responsabilities
  • Perform inventory transactions, including parts receiving and issuing.
  • Conduct cycle count inventory audits.
  • Reconcile system‑calculated inventory levels in the ERP with physical/manual stock counts.
  • Generate ERP reports detailing the quantity, type, and value of materials and inventory on hand.
  • Receive, inspect, and store goods in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor and follow up on backorders and inventory levels.
  • Manage Kanban processes and other day‑to‑day internal distribution activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with production departments to ensure availability of missing items after receipt.
  • Manage the full purchasing cycle for standard bill‑of‑materials (BOM) items within an ERP system: vendor creation, purchase order issuance, order follow‑up, goods receipt, and transaction closure.
  • Work closely with the accounting team on invoice reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to purchasing processes, inventory control, and cost management.
Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or purchasing.
  • Strong proficiency in navigating ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and teamwork mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, analytical skills, and rigor.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
