Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by cleaning, resetting, and restocking the bar
• Prepare bar ingredients : garnishes, juices, syrups, purees
• Stock fridges and maintain clean, organized storage areas
• Run food and, occasionally, take beverage orders
• Assist in bar setup and closing duties
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health & safety standards
• Greet guests and provide general assistance
• Report any guest concerns or operational issues to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to stay calm, courteous, and guest-focused under pressure
• Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards is an asset
