The role offers exposure to meaningful and high-level legal work, including matters before the Federal Court. While Federal Court litigation experience is considered an asset, it is not required. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety in their workday, and opportunities to expand their knowledge base.
The Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant will support lawyers within the litigation department and will report directly to the legal team. Responsibilities include preparing and managing legal documents, assisting with court and trial preparation, coordinating schedules and deadlines, and maintaining both electronic and physical files.
