We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional meals to our guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Duties
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain proper food handling and safety practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
  • Follow all health regulations and company policies regarding food safety and sanitation.
Experience
  • Previous experience in a Indian cuisine will be a advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
  • Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures within a kitchen setting.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
