Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall marketing strategy and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and engaging email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications, sign-up forms, and pop-up content, including product promotions, newsletters, and customer journeys.
  • Build and manage a segmented email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail database, ensuring that lists are up-to-date, clean, and compliant with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Develop and manage SMS and direct mail marketing campaigns to engage and convert customers through targeted messaging and offers.
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for email, SMS, and push notification campaigns that drive opens, clicks, and conversions across the customer lifecycle.
  • Create and optimize on-site pop-ups to capture email + SMS, list build, and increase conversions.
  • Own the growth of email, SMS, and direct mail lists, focusing on expanding the audience base and driving revenue attributed to these channels through strategic and data-driven initiatives.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including copywriting development, audience targeting, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, SMS timing, pop-up designs, and direct mail offers to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze email, SMS, direct mail, and pop-up performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and report on key KPIs with actionable insights.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including design, copywriting, and analytics to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, compliance regulations, and emerging trends in email, SMS, direct mail, and on-site marketing.
  • Manage and improve email deliverability rates, ensuring campaigns reach the intended audience.
  • Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads and customers through automated email, SMS, and direct mail flows.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of email or digital marketing e-commerce experience
  • Expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns, including automation and segmentation.
  • Experience in managing SMS and direct mail campaigns, with knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Strong analytical skills in tracking and reporting performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions) and conducting A/B testing.
  • Competence in managing segmented databases and maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging and brand-consistent marketing content.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) for email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
