Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Ohio

Role Summary

As an LPCC, you will provide structured therapy services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports emotional stability, progress toward treatment goals, and consistent clinical care. This role also includes guiding treatment quality and supporting clinical standards across assigned cases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
  • Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans
  • Review clinical documentation for accuracy and consistency
  • Support therapists through case consultation and guidance
  • Ensure services meet Ohio counseling regulations
  • Maintain timely and compliant progress notes
