About The Job
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse, Hemodialysis: Assesses, plans, implements and provides nursing care to patients/clients receiving hemodialysis
  • Provides practical nursing services during the pre-dialysis, intra-dialysis and post-dialysis periods
  • Operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and according to organizational policies, procedures, standards and unit specific protocols.

This is a Casual opportunity. Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.

Shifts: Shifts of work will be scheduled days and evenings rotating from 07:00 to 19:00 hours.
