A regional health authority in Victoria is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include providing personal care and performing nursing procedures according to established practices. Candidates must be registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and possess effective communication and organizational skills. This role emphasizes patient safety and quality improvement, and relevant experience in specific clinics is advantageous.

Under the direction of the Manager or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope performs assessments, plans and provides personal care, and performs nursing procedures. The Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
