We are searching for a dynamic individual to become the next Leasing Agent of a luxury rental building in Gastown, Vancouver. The individual shall be responsible for leasing of the rental units.

Responsibilities
  • Advertise vacant units on effective platforms and sources
  • Produce updated photos and video segments of vacant units
  • Respond to incoming leads and identify their needs
  • Book viewings of suites, tour the property and interview prospective tenants
  • Accurately complete necessary documentation for processing
  • Process rental applications
  • Comply with regulations as contained in the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Other duties as may be required from time to time
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability for closing at a high ratio
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act would be considered an asset
  • Motivated and professional with a service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communicator; both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Reliable and results-oriented
